Hey everyone..
This is my first post, and just wanted to say hello before posting in the other boards.
I have been training for 2 years, but only seriously for 1 year (when i discovered this board). I have been lurking, and picking everyones brain here, and laughing at the trainers at my gym that don't know shiet. Thanks to you guys, i added squats, deads, and improved my general workout and diet.
i mostly lurk in the training, diet, and supplement sections.
about me:
6-1, 200 lbs, ~15% bf. I will try to get some pics up soon.
supplement with protein, occasional creatine cycle, and multi-vitamin. will eventually use an eca to cut after i bulk about 20-30 more lbs.
one year ago, when i started taking things seriously, i was 180, ~18-20% bf, so i have already improved a little
