i'm new and just have some questions for any experienced members.

Listen man..if this is a serious post..forget about AS right now...learn how to train and how to eat..what are you eating a ton of??? You are young and have a lot of learning and training to do..forget about what they're shootin' at the gym....your going to damage your body if you jump into this without being ready first...there are no short cuts, it takes time and sweat ..and of course good genetics..., I'm 35 and just considering my first cycle, after years of hard training, be patient
 
when I first joined EF I would see some of these posts and then hear the dickish replies and wonder damn these guys are dicks...but after seeing so many kids coming on and asking the SAME questions...with zero to no knowledge on weight training,diet or AS...Im starting to find the responses very humorous....

Ok check it out dude Im 23 and been hitting the gym for about 5 years...I JUST started my first cycle...I WAS you...tall skinny and lanky but I would hit the gym 5-7 times a week get strong but not get any bigger and get cut up. (which your not even doing, working out.) do you know how many times I heard food is the answer? a million...I thought I ate alot...I can tell you NOW that I eat alot...I went from 6'1 150 in high school to 185 sophmore year of college all natural...and Im positive I could have still gained more naturally...but yes I jumped on my first cycle...but I was alot more prepared than you would be....to make this short, you need to:

1. EAT (six times a day)
2. Work out (4-5 a week, any more than that you'll probably burn too many calories.)

3. Learn everything there is to know about weight training, nutrition,supplementation and lastly steroids..

THEN and only then in a couple of years....you MIGHT be ready
to start a cycle :)

I agree with JA, but don't read Flex for the diet and training info. they say all different things to sell their mags. You may pick up some good info sometimes, but I'd rather ask the mods and vets of this board (such as JA) questions on diet and training for more solid advice.
 
anything under a gram of test will be worthless to you...you have too much mass already to do anything under that...send that anavar my way, and i will tell you if it is real! plus, at 150, u may look a little too freaky if you get bigger...girls wont like it
 
ummmm......lets see.......you said your brother uses juice so whhhhyyyyy dont you just ask him???? personally i dont think you need them yet nor do you understand the uses yet either. please before something stupid happens just hang around here for a year then after you learn a great deal more then ask this question again.
 
I mean this with your benefit in mind: You have no idea what you are talking about on so many levels. Your brother is even more clueless. You can seriously hurt yourself, and the truth is you will not gain any significant muscle if you use steroids. You will gain some water weight and possibly develop small breast we call gyno. Your testicules will shrink and you may not be able to get an erection.

What you need to do is:

1- Forget about steroids
2- Join a gym
3- Pick up Flex Magazine, read the training and diet info and discard the supplement info, you don't need them
4- Plan a schedule and stick to it.

Right on the dot.
 
well...

you say its so hard for you to put on muscle, but you've never lifted? so how would you know until you hit the gym for at least a few months?

lifting weights is the best way to put on muscle, you should try that before you go to steroids. besides if you go to the gym for a while, get into lifting, figure out whats going on before you mess with any supplements, especially like the ones you mentioned.

stick around the board and you'll learn a lot about training and diet, those are the key elements you need to focus on.
