Ugh just ate the most food I have ever had in my life today. Took a day off from my cutting diet. Now 30 days straight no cheating, trying to get down under 180.

yeah thats not good for your progress. it will set you back more than you think. a cheat meal once in a while is no big deal. but a cheat meal meaning not the best of foods like pizza from a pizza shop or a cheese steak or something. not garbage all day.
 
look on the bright side it will up your metabolism :)

a few in the last month after my leg workout on friday iv gone home and ate 800-900 cals worth of sweets lol i really gotta stop that.

I have alot of cheat days while off... comfort food :(
 
I didn't eat a crazy amount of food, just enough to where I was full all day. But I was 190.6 sat morn and I'm 184.6 weds morn, so not to shabby.
