I'm losing muscle on Test E :*(

first you should lose the attitude. Thats not cool.

2nd it looks like you didnt do your research properly and are now suffering a bunch of consequences from it.

3rd get blood work done

4th if you were on 750mg of test you should know it EASILY. if you dont you are either too inexeperienced to know it or in denial.

5th weight loss and muscle loss are two very different things

6th why is your diet messed up while on 750mg of test. If you dont know what you are eating that is a very bad sign.

i am going to say water loss and bad diet, unless you have also dropped strength i dont see how you can differentiate between muscle loss and water loss , today alone i have fluctuated from 242 lbs to 232 lbs , and nothing has changed in my orals or inj , it happens, get your diet back on track and consistent firstly
 
did you even read ? I'm on Test E 750 and dropped from 215 to 203... could that be all fat and water ?

Your not seriously using the scale to judge muscle mass are you?
 
I did start test E with Diesel

I'm taking about 2500 4000 calories a day, somewhere in there, depends

I stopped Diesel due to sides at week 3, I went from 206 to 215 216

and by time Im losing it all... I'm using Arimidex too

Im just wondering is this weight loss Muscle or FAT and water ?

I think your losing water weight !! how much adex are you taking ???
4000 cals is the minimum you should be eating on this cycle ?? dont freak out .. the mirror will tell you if you are losing muscle which I doubt it ?? fast gains are from water retention not muscle, but just to be certain get a blood test .
 
OP, listen to stevemi and radar. Do not keep beating yourself up about this. IMO, because I am dealing with something very similar now. There is bunk out there, but dont assume 100% it is the problem. I was on more test than you with the same results you are getting and my diet and training are spot on. . I had a testosterone test done and the levels were very very high. No water retention, no strength and my performance was going backwards. I amd looking into the prolactin levels and estrogen levels as the culprit. The can bind to the same recepters as test and rob them of its uptake. Plus they suck for performance and other side effects that they produce. At 750 a week you should easily be between 2000-3000 on the scale for test. If it normal the gear is bunk.

Lol! Thats what you think,I am getting more & more Students I train and more show up with Type 2 Diabetes ,as a matter of fact there are over 1.5 million people Walking around in the USA who are type 2 Diabetic and not know it!
most of this attributes to a poor or half decent diet, the problem can be easily corrected by Diet ,but first you need to get a Blood Test ,and sugar Glucose reading to see where you stand before you can start Treating it!


What you're doing right now is Basically Shooting in the dark!

Exactly... 10lbs in one day is not unheard of and great point about strength, post up some #' of the lifts... No disrespect to steve or radar but im not getting a blood test everytime the scale flucuates... As far as diabetic thats a whole diff story nothing wrong with any of us testing for that at anytime but to base that on just some weight loss after quiting orals an a shitty diet hmmmmm.

and I will get the diabetes test soon, does it come with the blood test ? or do I need to get those kits ?
