things are looking good so far, im not craving carbs at all my energy is sub-par i was able to go to the courts yesterday and shoot some hoops. I wanna delay the refeed till next week cause im trying to learn not to DEPEND on food and BINGE EAT hopefully i can hold ths plan for the next 11.5 weeks. i been eating lots of pecans, diet coke, and certs (for dragon breath) and im in dark purple ketosis
plus foods and healthy fats
