Im in ketosis!!

things are looking good so far, im not craving carbs at all my energy is sub-par i was able to go to the courts yesterday and shoot some hoops. I wanna delay the refeed till next week cause im trying to learn not to DEPEND on food and BINGE EAT hopefully i can hold ths plan for the next 11.5 weeks. i been eating lots of pecans, diet coke, and certs (for dragon breath) and im in dark purple ketosis;) plus foods and healthy fats

If you are turning the strips dark purple, you need to drink a lot more water to flush those ketones out of there. You should probably drink water until you barely notice a color change.

gonna switch it up next week, i get bored really easy on a diet

Have you thought about making your diet as boring as possible? That tends to keep most people more disciplined and less concious of food.
 
way to go man, great improvement since ur last thread of not being able to follow a diet, haha. though if u cant stop eating, just wondering y only eating 3 meals a day? wouldnt it be easier to follow a diet eating every 3 hours 6 X a day, also there are so many more benefits of eating 6 X a day, way to go though.

a lil bit wont hurt. when i did atkins two years ago i lost 63 pounds in four months, and i lived on diet coke:p
 
Btw, if you wanna speed up getting into ketosis, try 2g of ALA without carbs. Next morning, you'll be in ketosis. You could also try insulin if you're into that already, 4x 2iu throughout the day will do it.
