Alright well i am cutting (duh), and well i have no idea when to consume my carbs. I am trying to keep it to under 50/day. I can either have oatmeal in the morning, or wheatgerm(or oatmeal) w/ banana in my post workout shake. When would be the ideal time to take it? Or both?
 
if you are on a keto diet, then you should split them up in each meal.
if not, then i would suggest oatmeal in the morning. fruit as carbs is a bad choice when cutting, since they are simple sugars which preferencially fill up the liver glycogen stores.
