it seems like the thing is kinda weak, in other words easy

should I add more excercises to it or do you guys think its enaugh just to do what it says on there

plus I got one extra day in the weight room which is sunday

I will also be playing as much bball as I can, mostly just pick up games at local colleges and streetball against some good competition untill season starts(mostly kids from d1, d2 jr colleges etc and good hs players)


just tryin to make the best of this offseson
 
it is plenty. keep it simple, too complicated and you'll get caught up on what to do next rather than making results.

definately, for me, keeping it simple has got me the greatest gains. heavy/light deads, snatch grip deads, heavy/light squatting

and work on your jumping form! so many people neglect this
 
I figured since I'm gonna be playing bball endurance is gonna be there so I dont need to be doing the high rep stuff

we'll see where this gets me though
