Im having a problem getting good pumps and a really hardcore workout since i started the atkins diet. is there anything i can take or do to intensify my workouts? its likee im drained by my 3rd set, theres got to be a way around this im trying to do cardio days a week and lift 3 days so i dont lose muscle but my energy is shit.i know its because of low carbs but is there something i can add to alleviate this problem. i also take hydroxycut ,ALA, CLA and 2 isopure zero carbs after workout.
