Im having a problem getting good pumps and a really hardcore workout since i started the atkins diet. is there anything i can take or do to intensify my workouts? its likee im drained by my 3rd set, theres got to be a way around this im trying to do cardio days a week and lift 3 days so i dont lose muscle but my energy is shit.i know its because of low carbs but is there something i can add to alleviate this problem. i also take hydroxycut ,ALA, CLA and 2 isopure zero carbs after workout.
any suggestions would bee greatly appreciated.
 
Take some carbs dude, That Atikins diet is hsit. I tried it for a while but had to stop when I could not even go up the stairs cuz I was too tired. Your body needs carbs, just keep them low. I am 215 LBS and I keep mine around 200 grams, sometimes more or less. After a workout, your body needs carbs, big time.

Start by having some carbs in the morning, and then slowly tapering them off so that at night, your last meal is only protein.
 
You're taking ALA so you should be eating carbs. I'm no expert, but theoritically glucose gets transported to your miocytes (muscle cells) rather than your fat cells. This causes better pumps and fuller muscles and moderate carb intake should not cause fat increase.
