I have been talked into competing in a powerlifting meet in mid-October. I will be entering the novice, masters, RAW (unequipped) division.
In order to be "competitive" with the others I will need to be able to get a combined lift total of >1300. Right now I DL 495x3 squat 585x3 and bench 315x4. Obviously my bench is my weakest.
I am nearing the end of a 12 week test cyp/var cycle.
I am trying to put together a cycle that will help primarily with strength and I need to keep my weight down so I don't go up more than 1-2 weight classes. Doing so would mean having to push/pull a lot more weight.
I had been thinking of another cyp/var cycle, but am unsure.
Very important here is that I will be tested at the meet. So I need to be clear and have kept the strength gains.
I would appreciate any input the members would have.
