I'm going to compete - need advice

I have been talked into competing in a powerlifting meet in mid-October. I will be entering the novice, masters, RAW (unequipped) division.

In order to be "competitive" with the others I will need to be able to get a combined lift total of >1300. Right now I DL 495x3 squat 585x3 and bench 315x4. Obviously my bench is my weakest.

I am nearing the end of a 12 week test cyp/var cycle.

I am trying to put together a cycle that will help primarily with strength and I need to keep my weight down so I don't go up more than 1-2 weight classes. Doing so would mean having to push/pull a lot more weight.

I had been thinking of another cyp/var cycle, but am unsure.

Very important here is that I will be tested at the meet. So I need to be clear and have kept the strength gains.

I would appreciate any input the members would have.

We have Anavar & Winstrol detection time is 3 weeks


Test Prop -2 weeks
Andriol-1 week
Test suspension-1-3 days

Test Cyp detection time is 3 months

One of the tests I am positive will be done is a t/e ratio test. As long as it is not greater than 5:1 I am OK. That may give me some breathing room with the testosterone, but still prop might be the way to go (ouch).

ok.. no matter the substance you use..

have you tried static training?? of like 6 weeks??? check it out, it will increase your strength significantly..
 
I do incorporate static training into my routine right now. It does have some good benefits - like shocking your CNS response to huge weight.

I feel a little old to be doing this, and maybe a bit crazy. But as the guy who talked me into it said "Why are you still going so heavy - to impress the chicken leg dudes in this gym? Why not get on a stage and get your ass kicked by real men."

so you wont be getting off your current cycle, just switching your compounds?

does everyone else think that will still be effective?

I do know that my testing will not be blood, but urine, and that the primary test will be for t/e ratios.

As I did read the links above, can I assume that with some of the drugs they are actually testing for the ester, not the drug itself? For example, test is naturally occurring, but when your nuts make it, it does not come with an ester. So you would always trip a test for test if that was just it. And (again correct me if I am wrong) isn't synthetic test identical to natty?

PS - I apologize for being a dickhead last week. A week without EF makes one weak.
