You mean baking soda?? Chocolate chip cookie batter is basically butter, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, maybe baking powder and chocolate chips. Pretty much none of which will hurt you if eaten unbaked.

Yeast is in bread to make it rise, but there's also unleavened bread.
