I'm finished, now what?

I just finished my first cycle. I decided to be cautious, so a friend and I did a deca-only cycle to start out. Our per week dosage was:

Now, my question is "what next"?

I have clomid and cgh. I have seen good gains from the cycle and want to do whatever possible to retain them. When do I start the clomid and/or cgh? What dosage on the chg?

The only supplements I continued while taking the deca were protein and glutamine. I am curious as to recommendations about when to get back to the other staples - creatine, zma, etc. Should I have stayed on these others all along and/or how long should I wait before starting back on them?

Any recommendations would be sincerely appreciated; I've really gained a lot of information from following the posts here and always consider good advice.

id start the clomid about 3 or 4 weeks after your last injection.deca take a long time to get out of your body.you might want to start some eca and clen during your off time.

I've got a pretty high metab., so I think the eca will be enough to get me where I want cutting wise. I ate like hell while on the deca, so I do have some fat to lose.

What about the other stuff. I heard different things about creatine during a cycle and didn't use it. Should I start right away post-cycle.

Should have been "HCG" in my original post. Other than deca, don't know what I was on when I typed it:) !

Anyway, is it necessary after a deca-only cycle like the one described, or is the clomid enough? If necessary, how much and when?

I am 6'01". I started at 177. My current weight (I still have the last 200 ml injection this saturday; so I guess I'm not quite finished) is 199.5. I have had a really difficult time gaining weight in the past (even using ALL the prohormone supplements out there), however, I have been eating 5000-6000 calories a day during the cycle and have seen consistent gains. My bodyfat has also increased , though, :mad: from about 10% to 15%. With my past gaining problems, I really wasn't worried as much about some fat gain as I was about not getting enough good stuff in me to build muscle. I plan to begin cutting the week after I finish; I've never had any problem getting rid of fat, just a problem with gaining muscle.

I've seen good (at least by my definition) strength gains. My press has gone from 170 to 210 during the past six weeks. I've seen comparable gains everywhere. My friend, who is doing the same cycle adding primo the last four weeks, has seen better and leaner size gains. I don't know if it's a result of the primo or just a better reaction to deca. I plan on doing a regular cycle, with test, in the fall and am really eager to see the results.
