Do you not drink water? When I drink 2-3 glasses of wine (a.k.a. a plunkey "bender"), I drink three twelve-ounce cans of soda water (La Croix, actually) and I'm right as rain the next morning.

i quit drinking every year for tax season (last year i didn't quite make it. . .the wheels fell off about two weeks into it). . .anyway, haven't had a drop since january 1. . .i'm enjoying this extended period of uninterrupted clarity
