i live on protein shakes (mixed with water), grilled meat (mostly red) and green/orange/yellow/red no/low-carb vegetables all week long. . .today is about me. . .the bad me. :)

i don't have much of a sweet tooth. . .when i cheat, i'm more of a chips and dips kinda guy. . .the mallo cup just happened to be laying around the office. . .one of the local banks sends out care packages (big-ass basket full of stuff) to the local cpa's during the last week of tax season. . .i found it in the bottom of the basket this morning and couldn't resist. :)

Ok I just looked it up. They don't look very good to me. I would much rather have a Reeses cup.
 
i think i'll do a half-hour of cardio before i go home. . .how's this sound:

3 minutes on the rowing machine

3 minutes on the heavy bag (punches, kicks, elbows, head-butts. . .the whole nine yards)

back and forth, for 30 minutes. . .or until i tip over??

i haven't done this for a while. . .i'm not sure i have enough go. . .

go between the 4 until u drop.

i was thinking about throwing in the bike too. . .but that would be 36 minutes. . .i don't think i can hang that long. . .

the problem with carb-restriction is that, when you do have a big day like i had today, the insulin spike and resulting crash is much more severe. . .jnev has the number to my celly. . .i need a half hour wake up call :nighty:
