not good for the liver and kidneys...Too much overtime on their part and you will have trouble...I suggest drinking 1.5 gallons of water tomorrow, 1 bottle of Cranberry juice, some beef cause your iron levels will be shot to shit I bet...and a bit of rest if you can spare it
