After 17 years of juicing, I'm finally calling it quits. As I have gotten older, I have started to really become annoyed with the grind of trying to upkeep my supply, while having to worry about being scammed, or worse, busted. I might change my mind after a year or so, but right now, especially with all this additional scruitiny on AAS as of late, I'm hanging up my vials, syringes, and alcohol swabs.
 
ive decided to go natural also, tired of the wear and tear on my body, hair especially and having to take this and that to combat sides.. good diet and training is all u need and gh and slin and creatine and var of corse
 
i have always been natural; since testosterone is a naturally occuring hormone shooting some extra mg is only more natural ;)
after juicing for so long chances that you have low testosterone are high and you would qualify for HRT, and this is perfectly legal.
i definitly would not want to forgo the huge increase in life quality that a high testosterone level brings.

After 17 years of using steroids....you will probably never be satisfied with training naturally. How old are you now anyway?
 
AP, a good reliable source can take care of those reasons that you mentioned. I thought that you might have had health concerns.
 
I am quitting too, all you need to make gains is good workouts and some deca and test and some anti e and a few other things.

I am hanging up my bowflex

AtomicPUNK: Now that you are older, you really need the gear unless you are blessed with incredible genetics. Obtaining legitimate gear isn't as hard as you think. Avoiding scammers and being busted isn't that hard either. The scrutiny you speak of is on the idiots that pop their heads above the radar--pros, criminals, etc. BBNutz: Wear and tear--you must be a former competitor; otherwise, if you cycled properly, you should be healthy as hell.

maybe u should take this little vacation to india- juice a bit and go back! juice is legal here and dirt cheap. :)

Ive found out that over the past three years of AAS use that AAS is overrated and so much that im gonna hang it up for awhile and rely on diet, training, and supplements..(even though those damn things are being banned)....I havent used in probably 6 months and my diet has been totally awesome for about 6 weeks and my bf is lowest its ever been. i also got extremely annoyed with injecting--it was cool at first but then it just turned plain annoying...right now in my life it aint worth it

i think u can throw the supps away- IMO they don't work.... it'll save u a lot of $$$. stick to training and diet.

I think everyone of us have felt that way at some point in our AAS career. After cycling that long your only real viable option is HRT to maintain normal test levels. Do you really think you can just hang up the vials and have a normally functioning endrocrine system after 17 years of consistent AAS use? The damage has already been done Bro. AAS is like the Mafia, once you're in, you're in for life!
 
Nice post Atomic Punk. I understand your feelings. JA is probably right though, in that you will most likely require HRT. I know though, for me, it was tough to look in the mirror and admit, though I look good, I could have had the same body with work, diet, and without all the weird shit I've taken. Probably not without a little test . . . But certainly without the unnecessarily complex AAS game. I would recommend newbies, to learn from my mistakes, focus on diet and training to the limit, then gently add test to the equation when it's appropriate. Don't waste alot of time, money and liver cells for nothing special. I think natty+a little test at the advanced level is the ideal way to bodybuild. It's not at all what I did . . . but that's my hindsight view.
 
You use alcahol swabs? Damn bro, is that normal?

I only like 3 supps and those are lipo fat burners, protein, ZMA----well i guess i buy flax oil and fatty oils --it doesnt get too expensive--it was alot more expensive buying my juice then having to buy hcg, nolv, and all the other crap for fighting the sides---i guess i am just tired of it as of now--im sure my mind will change in a couple years :D
 
I'm going natural too, I'm just sticking to my test and anit-e, tired of juicing with other "stuff". I'm hanging up the beer the partying and high carbs as well. LOL j/k
 
yea id go natural to................if it were cheeper....fucking $60 for cell tech...shit i can get 8wks or test for that....its greedy companies that keep me on the juice lol

Wow, thanks for all the replies fellas. I'm in excellent health btw. I havn't been juicing for 17 years straight mind you, but off and on for that long. I was on 1/2 cc of 200mg/ml Test Cyp for the last 4 months in order to wean myself off of it slowly. I started to creatine-load a week before my last shot too, to prevent much crash.

My main reason is the risk, and my increasing concern with it as I get older, and am starting to want to buy a house, and start a family, and the like. I am 33 now. When I was 10 years younger, I was crossing the TJ/SY Border with boxes of Testosterona 200 vials, without even breaking a bead of sweat guys. In other words, I didn't give a fuck! It was all good for the exitement, as well as for the rewards I got from selling, and taking the juice. As it stands now, I would probably poop my pants if I had to cross the Border with one tab of hydro-fuckin-codone. I have just given priority to other things I suppose, and I hope that doesn't sound self-righteous. I respect you guys who want to use juice, and you should have that right without question.

Another thing for me is, is that my oldest Son is 14 now, and knows about Steroids. He has asked me on several occasions if I take them, and I have said "no". His Mother though, I'm sure, has probably told him otherwise. I have things like vendictive ex-wife shit to worry about as well. Anyhow, I hope that clarified my situation further.
 
Good luck to you Atomic Punk. I think it is a wise time to reconsider, especially with the moves you want to make in life. If you are not a competitive athlete is it worth the 5-25 LBS a non competitive athlete might carry on their frame? The law is turning up the heat and honestly I think they are have just barely begun - I think a big cleaning out is possible-more than the average member suspects-it would suck to be targeted like a rat in a hole-when Bush decides to make eliminating something he feels is a problem a priority he gets very serious. Good luck with your ambition to go clean. Don't look back. I would spend whatever time on the internet at other sites.
 
I imagine I will stop someday too. Especially when I get a family someday. I will be training and working out forever though.
