I'm cutting with slin...

Well not just slin. This is my plan and you are welcome to gimme any advice, opinion and so on.

I'm in the beginning of this cutting regime and are on gear as well. Test and EQ, and some winny. My goals are right now to sheed fat away but also to still gain some muscle mainly on my arms. Therefor I do this.

Week

I take slin post woirkout only on the day I workout my arms and the day after when I workout my legs. These 2 days are bulkdays as I'm trying to gain more muscle on my arms and legs. The rest opf the week I do not use slin and therefor go low on carbs and bump fat. The arm+leg+slin days I go low fat, high protein and high carbs. The carbs opn these 2 days are carbs before workout and post. Small meals of 75g carbs every 2½ hours post my PW drink.

I hope to gain some size on my arms and that the slin will help me with this. I've used slin before and are on it right now going opn m,y second week(max of 3).
 
This will work bro if you go carb-free all day except post-workout.

ehh? Why..look at the post again. I will use Slin 2 times per week and those days are bulkdays, the rest, 5days per week I will do no slin + eat below BMR.

Result

5days 300 calories less than my BMR, hit cardio these days, morningwalks and eat low carb high protein, good fats and so on.

1 day 1000calories more than my BMR, no cardio, diet high carb, low fat, high protein + slin 10iu PW

1 day 500calories more than my BMR, no cardio, most of the carbs taken in the morning, and post wokrout, diet medium carb, low fat, high protein + slin 6iu PW

2 days for adding more mass on my arms or atleast imrove them a bit
5days cutting
 
I was just telling u what works for me bro, I will sometimes take slin after every workout while leaning out - yet stay the same weight. Try it and let us know how it works out.

not sure how it will go, but i was thinking about doing the same thing just on my leg days. try it and keep us updated.
