Well not just slin. This is my plan and you are welcome to gimme any advice, opinion and so on.
I'm in the beginning of this cutting regime and are on gear as well. Test and EQ, and some winny. My goals are right now to sheed fat away but also to still gain some muscle mainly on my arms. Therefor I do this.
Week
I take slin post woirkout only on the day I workout my arms and the day after when I workout my legs. These 2 days are bulkdays as I'm trying to gain more muscle on my arms and legs. The rest opf the week I do not use slin and therefor go low on carbs and bump fat. The arm+leg+slin days I go low fat, high protein and high carbs. The carbs opn these 2 days are carbs before workout and post. Small meals of 75g carbs every 2½ hours post my PW drink.
I hope to gain some size on my arms and that the slin will help me with this. I've used slin before and are on it right now going opn m,y second week(max of 3).
