I'm considering changing my PWO shake

for one of them 34oz beers that they sell at my gym.

After all, all the Germans do it and they be stacked & ripped.

add 10 grams of creatine and some alpha lipoic acid
and you're good to go
after you get drunk then eat
 
1 pack of frozen strawberries
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup orange juice
1 scoop strawberry whey
1 tablespoon honey
1 serving of fat free strawberry yogurt
1 scoop of malto or dextrose

blend, drink, eat a solid meal with tons of lean protein 1.5 hours after this

dextrose =glucose = blood sugar = High GI carbs

malto = m,altodextrine = somewhat lower GI carb (longer chains)
