I'm completely sick of being normal

I have been training fairly steadily for the past year. i have improved my physique from fat ass to a real physique. im still small at 165 lbs and 12 % and 5'11" (16 years old)

Its time to go hardcore, i been doing a loose 5x5 (was wokring to much to get all my time in) and a see food diet.

Now im eating like i want to gain (significant source of protein every 3 hours or so, if meal is mainly carbs i have a shake or two) I have been being stricter with my training recently too.

Just wanted to let everyone know that its time to change. im sure lots of people here are the ones that are thought of as big. Its time that i stop being the guy that is stronger than he looks. I need to attack my goal of getting huge like i did my goal of losing weight. My biggest limiter in the past was everytime i would start to gain i would feel like i was turning into my old fat self and cut for 2 weeks. hindering all progress in lifts and size.

Today starts my new training journal. be sure to keep me on target. Thanks!

Keep yourself on target by reading and reading and reading..the more you research the more you will feel enpowered in the gym...

Im still stronger then I look. I like it though. Like to have some concealed power. Youll reach your goals brother, just stay persistant and dont give in. Everyone gets knocked down, just get the fuck up and continue hard. Patience is one of the hardest parts, along with eating. Atleast for me. I wouldnt reccomend the cutting either. Id save that for way later. Ive been training 9 years and still have yet to go into a cutting phase. Keep at it brother!!!!

your still young my man, your mucsles dont naturally mature til at least 18, usually around 22 or 23. keep on training and stick to the excellent see food diet and you will see gains. try switching up training routines every 3 or 4 months to trick your body. keep it guessing and you will gain muscle. but with muscle comes fat, you just have to not let it bug you.

nicely put BEAST, bro you got some good help there are some good people on this board that i've learned a lot from. and i hope in some ways i've returned the favor. I'm 15 and i used to be an average 150lbs now i'm 205 and benching 260lbs. hard work?? hell yeah, waking up every morning not missing a meal or protein shake may not make sense in the short run but in the long run it helps. My arms were 13 1/2 inches now i'm just about at 15 1/2 thats 2 inches in like 7 months of hard work. I got a long way to go but i'm really proud of myself and you can do it too bro. Just eat healthy (chicken, eggs,pb&J,Tuna, and madd protein) I'll tell ya man in the long run its all worth it. Try a 5x5 consistency thats what its all about is consistency. every day making sure you do what you need to. i used to slack off and skip workouts but you know what i've regretted it. good luck and keep us posted

Awesome progress brother!! I didnt hit 15.5 on my arms til I was 18. Awesome strength too man. Keep it up!

thanks man you know I really think i'm gonna do something with bb. I mean all you guys tell me that 15.5 is great for my age and i have a long time to make incredible gains. I'm just really happy i started bb and i'll tell ya bro thanks for your input, whenever i'm feeling down man you just kick me right up and i appreciate it i've come a long way but have much more to go. My goal for this summer is to get my dead to 300 and my squat to 300. anyways I am just thanking you for your appreciation it helps me continue. You are gonna get up to 20 inches soon bro and i really respect the fact that you are natural, being natural myself it looks great from your gains good job. I will be using AAS when i turn 18 maybe 19 but to get my physique on track you know rips and cuts and just perfect shape, until then just lifting hard and getting measurements up anyways thanks again and good luck.

Just keep mixing it up and setting goals, you dont want your training to ever become stale (talk about anti-motivation).

hell yeah definately bro thats prolly one of the most important things don't stick on something for too long. i do about 3-4 months total on a schedule than switch it up it helps for motivation and something different instead of the same old shit

Just make short term goals and long term goal, Bodies are not built in weeks or months but years, anyone who disagrees is a fool. Hit the weights hard and learn and eat and grow. We grow over time, good luck
