contest finished 12 weeks

jesus Georgie your a pretty big boy. impressive. but im out on the competition.
 
Well I am 5'10 231lbs as of last night. I am sitting at about 20% bodyfat.
Actually if I did this it would probably help get my ass in gear. I would be embarrassed as hell if I fucked it up. Maybe ill give it some thought. I may like to see some before pics though to see what Im up against, I would provide the same. But I also know you have been doing your homework, I see you have been on your way to shreddseville now for a little while right ? But I still may be willing shit its motivational anyhow...
 
I'm 5'9" weighing in at 236 right now.... I'm holding alot of water... can we count that as fat?

ok guys good deal. ill have to get pics up one way or another. even if i go to cvs and get them scanned lol. ill try to post the pics come the weekend so we can get this thing rolling
 
This online comps are great for the board and also for the indivisuals partaking. It definately takes some balls to do it though. I give props to anyone who does it. You should have done this 3 months ago georgie, I would have been game. I have a feeling georgie will clean shop on this one, I'll put a buck on it. :)
 
I was 256lbs at 13%(5'9"), but am under 10% now so I guess I am out
 
5'10 OR 5'11...Weighing about 240-245, but no contest for me...But I will get ya on legs for sure...lol
 
Hmmm... I think needsize, concordsize and I are out of this one.
