I'm BUFF !!!

I feel so honored to be called "buff" !! Twice recently I have been referred to as "buff".

A co-worker said to me, "Gettin' kinda buff there....." and then, when I was doing cardio at the gym, this man came up to me and said, "I just want you to know that both of my daughters pointed at you and said, 'that girl's buff', so I just wanted you to know that you are what 2 pre-teens refer to as "buff"."

That just made my day!!! Next I wanna hear, "Man, that bitch is swolle !"

I really hate the word "buff" and have a girlfriend that went all ga-ga the first time I saw her after a long time....I heard how "buff" I am about a million times in one night (she had a few too many drinks ). Now my brother-in-law calls me "Buffy"...as a spin off of "buff"....knowing how much the word irks me....and that it bugs me to no end to have such a froo-froo nickname

Actually, come to think of it - I was throwing away a bed frame in the dumpster and as I was carrying it, this dude asked ,"Damn! Do you work out? How much do you bench?" and I said, "Well, I dont' flat bench...." and he said, "Man, cuz you swolle!" LOL !!

I ran inside and told BKev !! He thought it was kinda funny....

OTC - yea, the work "buff" isn't too appealing to me either...but, it's the interpretation that I appreciated. "Buff" is for men...

I have a little tale to share...

I'm so excited i'm still carrying too much weight but i carry it square around my torso not in my extremities so i look pretty good there...I had posted a pic from my last trip of a very sweaty kai in yosemite in my yahoo album and I was wearing a loose tank and shorts and this guy friend of mine shot me an email and told me I was looking really beefy in the arms and chest... and that my calves cuts were ridiculous....which in my book is great! Beefy! I'm beefy... I've wanted to be beefy for so long.... <sigh> now to get to ripped.....
