I'm back...finally!

Hey guys,
Been gone for awhile, but I am glad to be back. Any new gossip lately that I might want to catch up on?
 
Hi, Honey!!!! Glad to have you back. Around here it's the same ol' sh_t, different day!!! Same ol' back-biting and insults. And that is just when Ranger is on!!!hahaha J/K Darlin'!!!!!!

Tell us how your current cycles have been going, because I know you have been working like a mad man!!!!
 
Damn! I leave the board for a little while and I come back and all you old timers are now moderators. lol

Anyway, my cycle has been going great. Right now I am doing th following:

GHx6 ius daily
T3
Insulin
Primoteston 1000mg weekly

and eating like a mofo!

Training has been:

M-Chest and Bi's
T- Back and Tri's
W-Off
TH- Legs
F-Bi's, Tri's and shoulders

And I do cardio on either Saturday or Sunday.

Currently, I am at 212lbs, 7.5%bf and I am 5'11". I have a personnal trainer who works with me 2 days a week and the rest I am on my own. We mix it up so he is not with me on the same muscle groups each week. This has to be the best program that I have ever done, vascularity and striations are becoming very apparent, yet I need a lot of work on my legs.
My goal is to hit the Lone Star in Dallas next year.

ANy growth experts out there, please email me. I have a few "advanced" questions that I would like tobe addressed!

You are 212 now!!! Good Lord!!!! How much did you weigh when we went on our little vacation?? You must have really made some changes!! Will call you later on!:)
 
roughly 190, but the body fat at that time was around 14% to 16%. Maybe higher.
