Anyway, my cycle has been going great. Right now I am doing th following:
GHx6 ius daily
T3
Insulin
Primoteston 1000mg weekly
and eating like a mofo!
Training has been:
M-Chest and Bi's
T- Back and Tri's
W-Off
TH- Legs
F-Bi's, Tri's and shoulders
And I do cardio on either Saturday or Sunday.
Currently, I am at 212lbs, 7.5%bf and I am 5'11". I have a personnal trainer who works with me 2 days a week and the rest I am on my own. We mix it up so he is not with me on the same muscle groups each week. This has to be the best program that I have ever done, vascularity and striations are becoming very apparent, yet I need a lot of work on my legs.
My goal is to hit the Lone Star in Dallas next year.
