What's up to old timers and newbs. I've been gone frmo here for a loong time. and i've been doing very poorly when it comes down to gym time... on anf very off for the past 2 years or so! Totally not like the regular me in college!
This is not about AS. I have retained some info and have come back to learn more and re-learn the old.
I just got back to the gym Monday. The real world got to me! I have kept most my size but gained a lot of extra. Now at 250 from 235-240 ish. and a lot weaker, lol.
I am going to loose 30 lbs in 8 weeks and the following 2 weeks for another 10 lbs.. for a total 40 lbs in 10 weeks. yes i can do it. cardio in the am, and training then cardio again at night. not every night because of other work. diet is there, mostly all natural and organic.
supps- little clen and t-rex on off weeks if needed.


AS- to come in the future once im seriously lifting for at least 6 months to a year. And then it will be a nice little cycle of test and maybe something other(s).

So since ive been gone any new good stuff within the last year??? haha
 
Man I got fat and weak as hell beginning of this year. I didn't hit the gym but maybe 2-3 x a month from jan. till about august, and when I looked at a picture of myself from July, I was sickened! Been back about 4.5 months now, gained about 10lbs back and lost some bf, it's about time to start getting big again, yay! And just in time for holiday bulking season! :) Wecome back Sweed!

Has alot changed?....wow where do we begin, lots of drama, unreal amounts of busts and other legal activity but for the most part still a solid board with great guys both old and new, lots of laughs and alot to look forward to with some new sponsors and products that have been quite the rave lately.
 
welcome back bud..i remember you from way back.

i was off the board/outta the gym for awhile till about february just like yourself...you'll get back into the swing of things i know it.
