Electrolysis is actually a generated electrical current to a very thin needle that is inserted into the hair follicle. You can buy home units, but it's very inefficient and doesn't even work well IMO. Laser is different and it hurts like a bitch. I can't even imagine how the little fella would handle it. Most laser doctors are males too, so if you can't find a female, you're gonna have some guy grabbing your cock and zapping it over and over with a very painful laser.
