Can I ask a serious question for a moment? Why would ANYBODY do this to themselves?

I have a self image problem myself. I haven't been happy with how big I am for awhile now. But I will be damned if I'm injecting myself with 30weight just so I can go beyond the unbelievable.

Is this a case of body dismorphia gone out of control? I would definately sign this guy up for Synthol Anonymous real fast.
