hehe well im like 6 foot 170 pounds and starting my bulking cycle with a 4 day 5x5. Weights are moving good and already after a week a feel alot more solid. im eating alot of food, i dont really watch my diet so much as just always make sure i eat nothing unless it has a significant amount of protein in it. sleep is the biggest thing im missing i think. but i really just want to get bigger, when i cut up i look defined but not big. I need results noticable with my clothes on.... not just off
anything i should really focus on to make my overall appearance bigger??? im a 16 year old kid soooo bear with me, but im very dedicated. thanks!
