Monday, I weighed in at 218.5 lbs and 11% bf. :mad:

Can someone roll me over and wash my ass. I can't seem to reach it.
 
Between Thanksgiving and the New Year, I put on a whopping 7 Lbs of pure lean FAT..
I'm paying for that now with extra Cardio and No cheats.

BTW.. Find someone else to do the gluteus cleansing
 
I was right at 201-202 for the longest time and then after the Holidays I decided to jump on the Scales at the Y...

Not to worry though. I have a plan! More cardio and some help from the bovine world.
 
You think you're a fatass? Pretty much all my pants are pleated (I fucking hate pleated pants) and because of doing deadlifts and squats my pleats are coming undone or whatever. It looks so ghetto. And I'm supposed to be cutting. WTF? I have ghetto bootie! :(
 
In those pictures (and my avatar) I'm about 212 and 7.2% bf. that's 15.264 lbs fat. Now I'm 218.5 and 10.9% bf. That's 23.8165 lbs of fat. So I've put on 6.5 lbs total but increase fat by 8.5 lbs. I'm not very happy about that. (My bodyfat was measured by different people so that could account for some margin or error. Or I could be just fooling myself.)

It's time to adjust my diet. It's been steadily slipping. Consistent Burger King for Breakfast. Lunch is okay with a huge Subway, but dinner is always short on protein.

I hope my Fina gets here soon. :kaioken:
 
I'm keeping at a steady 215 and around 30% bf...
yesterday I did 300+ for 12 reps on squat... was feeling pretty happy about that and then woke up this morning after oversleeping and was coughing up bloody snot... which I'm also pretty happy about.
I'm looking forward to back day to see what my deadlifts are looking like.
today is chest day and I'm positive I will be outstandingly pathetic in my bench.

well doesn't fat gain come with the territory when you're putting on muscle?

Yes. The mistake too many people make when they're trying to get bigger is that they want to keep the same bodyfat, so they end up skimping on calories and not making the gains they should. Fro, 11% still ain't bad.
 
But if I've gained 6.5 lbs and my totaly bf went up 8.5 lbs, then I've actually LOST muscle.

Do I sound as obsessed as I think I do at this point?

how much cardio are you doing?

And you're gonna up your protein right?
 
ectomorph or not, I have to up my cardio. I hope to be in Officer Training School by June and I have to be in shape. I ran 2.5 miles on Saturday and another 3 on Monday. My training split is posted on the Training Board.

I'm going to up my protein intake from food sources A LOT! I'm still on Triple Threat and I guess it's giving me a lot more carbs and less protein than I thought, but I have a bunch left. I can't afford to let it go to waste.

Man, if two different people calipered you, and with only a difference of 3.7%, I wouldn't sweat it too much. They could have been grabbing the skinfold in a slightly different spot, squeezing the calipers with different amounts of pressure, etc. How much fatter do you actually look? That should give you a better idea as to whether the measurement was legit or not.

My six pack is not much of a six pack anymore. Even my girlfriend commented on my belly. :bawling:

I just told her to mind her own fat ass business and rubbed her face in the butter.
 
you might be interested in my own personal way of getting leaner. I go around those that surround me and smack, rub, and pinch their various bodyparts that have any fat on them and then loudly proclaim for all to tell "WHOA!!! you are seriously porking up there!"
knowing that they are fat and everyone else knows it helps me in fact feel thinner.
