Well I've lifted weights twice in the last 7 weeks. I'm fairly certin that i swapped exactly 10pounds of muscle for 10 pounds of fat. I drank like a fish and my diet was just horrible. It was great. I spent a month in central america being a beach bum. My good tan makes up for my recent body recomposition, and now its a race against the clock to get my body back in good shape while my tan begins to fade. Now since I havn't hit the gym in a long time I'm going to take this approach to jump back in.

wk 1-2 - two weeks of 2 upperbody, 2 lowerbody workouts/week, all with 30mins of cardio

wk 3-4 - two weeks of getting back into my nice 4on2off split with heavy weights, with cardio.

wk 5-10 - light cycle, without test. just working on keeping good lean muslce while leaning out. Thinking 5-6 weeks of 60mg/var/day, 50mg/proviron/day, clen, t3, clomid pct.

See if this brings me back into my "summer form" if you will. As for my diet for the first 3-4 weeks here im eliminating my simple carbs (except for pwo) and cutting fats. Also eliminating any and all post dinner carbs. Beyond that I'll get onto a lower carb (perhaps pwo only), high lean protein and go from there.

Allow me to comment on travelling through a remote place like central america. 2 words. No girls. To be more specific, every local girl is selling, and when you travel and stay in hostels you meet the most socialist, hippy not hot girls ever. I stayed at an all inclusive resort where there were some hotties from north america. My conculsion, Hot girls go on vacation, Ugly girls go travelling.

I do the same thing when I go to China - eat and drink like a fish.
Then play catch up for 2 months until I go again. And yes I completely agree!

The hippy chicks i encountered didn't put out. Then again i wasn't really bothered to put an ounce of effort into listening to their wild and crazy conspericy theories. My next "travelling adventure" i swear will be some kinda cancun bender.
 
I am a Big ,BIG fan of "getting back into it" via this route

For 6 weeks do this:
Day 1 Upper Body
Day 2 Cardio
Day 3 Lower Body
Day 4 OFF

that will get you back into it enoigh to go back to a normal split
 
ya something very similar to that... my last extended time off was only for 3 weeks and i came back within about 2 weeks to where i left off.
 
Using gear to make up for laziness doesn't seem to smart, but each to there own bro. The cycle you listed would work for your desired goal. Why not just start up a normal training routine..... why the female style of training?

nah the "female stlye" is just for the first week to shock my system, i'm not moving into circuit training.

as for gear to make up the lazyness, not so. I'm holding off at least a month to train my ass back to where I left off.
