Im a Fat-Ass !!!!

Riddick

New member
I have just returned to the gym after a two year abscence........colllege life and girlfriend have turned me into a complete fat-ass!!! I am former Military, former AS user and went from great shape to being about 40 pounds over weight best i can figure...I need a plan and a diet immediately....not a pre-contest already 10% BF diet, but one that can ease me back into the scheme of things as while still getting to that 2 pounds a week loss.....i do not want a zero carb plan, but low carbs would be fine.....something simple, and not too costly....if you can and are willing to help, please advise...

some stats

Here are my stats:

Also interested in supplement advise, ordered NYC and considering alternating with clen to keep my body off-guard this summer.

If you read this post, but can't or won't help. please take a sec and bump so i can get some help, once very proud of my body, want to get back to that place. Thanks so much.

Lets see... Im not expert but you are

220lbs which is 100 kilograms

using this BMR formula

1 x 100(your weight) x 24 = 2400 Calories per day...

thats what you need to stay at your weight right now...

Just eat 80% of that in calories... thats 1920 CALS per day...

I would just eat what I wanted... mostly healty foods of course..

tuna
lean steak
fish
chicken etc...

and stay between 1920 and 2000 cals per day..

You may want to wait for someone else to reply though im sorta new at this

Thanx

I was figuring about2000 cals, still need help from supplement AAS side, i appreciate your help.

Hey dude... we're of similar stature... I'm 5'10" 195lbs @ 23% bf, also with a 34" waist, but that's where I where my pants... I actually take my waist measurements at it's FATTEST level with measuring tape... and it's around 40"!!! O.k., needless to say, we BOTH have a long way to go.

I don't know about your genetics bro, but I can tell you what works for me... a simple, well-balanced BFL/ISO type combined with 20 minutes of AM-empty stomach cardio almost every morning, and 4-5 days of intense afternoon lifting each week. That and NO LATE-NIGHT PARTYING and no drinking. I might throw in a free meal/day at max once/week if I really feel I need it.

As far as supps go, again KISS:
multivitamin
whey protein
a mild themogenic: Xenadrine, Betalean, NYC, ECA... all work about the same for me

This type of program allows me to lose about 1-2lbs/week of fat, maintain all (maybe gain a little) muscle, and most importantly maintain a normal, productive life. IMHO, this last part is of paramount importance for one looking to be consistent with a diet/program for the long run.

This probably isn't the revolutionary program you were looking for, but this is just what works best for me. What ever you do bro, DO SOMETHING... and keep doing it/changing it until it works! Good luck.

Cuts - Didn't you also do a DNP cycle last year I remember reading about on the board? How was the long term results?

Sure did my friend... did 2 cycles actually. The first one was in Jan was for 12 days at 400mg/day... damn good results... lost 7 lbs. Pretty sure the majority of that was indeed fat b/c I didn't have any rebound weight gain after I stopped. The second one in APRIL went sour. It was just too damn hot and I bailed after like 4 days into it. DNP is definitely a winter drug if you ask me. Why? You thinking about it?

Yup.. I need to drop about 15-20#'s... Did you see the poll I ran last week on the anabolic board for DNP weight loss results? Looks like the average was about 10#... Might wait till this fall though because of the heat....

Hey bro DNP definitely works, but you're probably gonna have to suffer some to reap the benefits. You should contact Thinker82... he's running a prolonged low dose DNP cycle right now... we've been PMing each other about it... I think it's going pretty well for him so far. I'm no expert on DNP by any means, but I did do extensive research into it last year when I did my cycle... so let me know if I can be of any help. Take care.
