You can get a 6-10 lb bag from sams club of it for like 20 - 30 dollars. I mix it with water and carry a shaker of about 6 scoops to work with me everyday and drink it periodically througout the day. This way your body absorbs small amounts all day long. Your body can only absorb so much at one time so pounding a shake is not as good. I never eat breakfast, my stomach is wierd in the morning, but if you can eat then pound a shake and then make the shaker to take with you for the day. I agree about dont take normal test steriods. For people like us you blow up and trim right down. Its not a perment gain. After gaining 15 naturally i hit a peak. I used dianabol to get over it.
