remember that more is not always better, as far as workouts go, some people dont gain so they figure they spend more time in the gym, more sets more reps, but only to find they are overtraining which stops progress

Eating like an animal doesn't mean a thing...count your calories...shot for 18-22 cals per lb.
 
I wouldn't mess with any damn Dbol. No offense. Sorry I just think they are too toxic for that age. Get some test. Just 200mgs a week 8-10 weeks. Just study study study. Do a lot of research. Shortcuts are great and I don't listen to all the genetic potential bullcrap, but you had better take warning and know what you are getting into before you do it. Get your diet in order train right a little test and you will be good to go. I normally wouldn't agree with someone your age doin it but I got electricuted once and lost everything I had ever worked for natty. It sucked. Got down too 158lbs. I am 6ft. I did gain ten pounds natty before I turned to the "DARK SIDE". I can appreciate a short cut if it is justified. 140lbs at 5'11 damn. Good luck bro and send me a message if you need any help.. Do your health a favor and educate yourself before you do anything. Don't go by what people tell you. LEARN IT YOURSELF! Good luck.
 
I was in your same boat man. Im 22 and at 18, 19, and 20 I was so small and was working my ass off with little gains. Trust me try this. It worked for me I finally noticed results and am weighing in at a jacked 170 from a skin and bones 132. The first major change you need to make is buy the huge bag of protein. You can get a 6-10 lb bag from sams club of it for like 20 - 30 dollars. I mix it with water and carry a shaker of about 6 scoops to work with me everyday and drink it periodically througout the day. This way your body absorbs small amounts all day long. Your body can only absorb so much at one time so pounding a shake is not as good. I never eat breakfast, my stomach is wierd in the morning, but if you can eat then pound a shake and then make the shaker to take with you for the day. I agree about dont take normal test steriods. For people like us you blow up and trim right down. Its not a perment gain. After gaining 15 naturally i hit a peak. I used dianabol to get over it. With this you should be careful, but a low dose of 2 pills in morning and 2 in the afternoon will blow you up with solid muscle. 3 in morning and 3 at night is for strong affects, but it takes its toll on your liver. Try it but drink water and take vitamins and you'll be fine. My bench went from 205 to 240. Let me know if you have any questions.
 
yo im 16 years old 5 10 160 pounds, proly more of an ectomorph as you. Im a hardgainer, when i started lifting i was 98 pounds!!!! Dont take steroids, i wanted to but just listened to what everyone told me and didnt. Get some weightgainer and take 2 servings a day, and still eat a shitload of food. One of my secrets is eating a protein shake in the middle of the night, this strategy gives you 3 extra shakes a day and is about and extra 2500-3000 calories a day!!! And remember train HEAVY!!!! But with good form. Good luck dude and remember gaining 1 pound a week is good. Thats what ive been doing for years and its added up to around 50 pounds of muscle i put on. I went from being undersized to oversized, i always get asked if i take steroids and i say nope and smile. I hope you listen to my advice cuz if so you will be telling people you didnt take steroids... you just worked you ASS OFF. :) Good Luck
 
First off you may think you eat alot but im sure you don't eat nearly enough. Get your diet sorted as well as your training and you WILL gain as if you were on steroids.
 
For those recommending A A S use to an 18-yr old before anything else, you need to STOP.... this is why there is so much irresponsible steroid use these days... and why it's always in the news these days.

There's a reason why the general consensus here is to eat more...alot more... and that's because IT WORKS... I didn't start cycling until my late 20's... and even then, I wasn't growing as much as I thought I would... why? because I wasn't eat nearly enough... that's a big part of the picture. Scrutinize your training routine as well... use compound exercises....heavier weights, less reps... get enough sleep.... I guarantee you'll grow. Don't screw up with your natural hormones just yet...trust us!
 
I don't want to become HUGE at all, I just want a skinny/average kind of VERY MUSCULAR body.

Samuel: Buy some good gainer powder and go here: www.AGXsports.com and get the mass stack. Make sure you are getting a minimum of 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. So for you that should be @ least 210 grams a day. Eat alot, but not Mc'Ds and read as much as you can about lifting etc.
