OK this is the deal, I'm 18 years old, 140 lbs., and 5'10". That means I am super skinny but very ripped. I go to the gym 5X a week and I do all my stuff right with constant help whenever I need it from personal trainers. Now I want to take steroids because I'm so sick of the way I look and for the past 2 years I have wanted to take them but I don't know what to take. Can somebody please help me out???? I don't want to become HUGE at all, I just want a skinny/average kind of VERY MUSCULAR body. THANX in advance....... SAMMY
 
Instead of talking about steroids first, why don't we see how your diet is. You can gain a lot naturaly, and at 140lbs your not nearly near your genitic limit.

How many meals are you eating a day? How much protein per day are you eating? Getting any good fats in like Flax and Fish oil? What kind and how much carbs are you eating?
 
OK, here it goes again!

you are 18,

You are not doing one or all of the following

1. Training properly. Probably overtraining and not allowing your body to grow.
2. You do not sleep enought thus not allowing your body to grow.
3. You do not eat right and often enough, thus not allow your body to grow.

What ever you gain on juice will be gone in 3 months. Until you fix the first three you are wasting juice, money and your body's natural potential to grow.

Look at 1,2 and 3 then juice in about 4 years.

PLEASE!
 
Excellent advice given by JG1...You are a classic ectomorph.Skyrocket those cals/protein,and toss in some creatine,and you have a lot of natural size you can and should put on without screwing up your optimal H-P-T-A(which is in its prime right now).
 
Take some d-bol and eat like a pig. You'll get where you want to go. No offense, JG1. But the kid is "sick and tired" of being a "bone" and he wants a shortcut. We can all appreciate that...especially on the anabolic board
 
I didnt stop growing till I was 20, after age 18 it was all thickness to so dont be so eager to jump on juice. As JG1 stated why dont we cover the basics first.

P.S. This board doesnt really spoon feed those dont have any clue. We dont want to simply give you a grovery list and send you on your way. That is how people get hurt and steroids and those who use them get a bad reputation. Knowledge is power so sit back and start reading once it all makes sense then consider juice, you will be greatfull you didnt take the easy way out.
 
I've been there too, 6' , 150 lbs at 17 yr old. Just eat. A lot. I agree with Huck, creatine at this age can help.
 
THANX ALOT to everybody who replied, i really appreciate it!!!! I do eat like an animal already, but I guess I just have to keep on doing it. I don't really get enough rest, and I guess sometimes I do too much in my workouts for my small body. thanx again

Just train, eat, and then eat some more. Your body is in high gear. No need for gear. I bet you can easily sleep 10 or 12 hours a day if you wanted to or had the time. Right? During that sleep your body is releasing GH and test naturally. You may not get any taller but you will def get some thickness from now to your early twenties. Keep up the training...and eat!
