I smoke Marijuana but i recently found out that marijuana use is a factor in gynecomastia. So today I have decided to quit the use of all rec drugs! Yay!!! right? Well i want to know if that should help my hormones go back to normal? or if working on my pectorials with help hide some on my puffy nipples?

well weed isnt conducive to any sort of good body building routine get yourself on a lifting program maybe add some whey protien eat right and your body will do the rest

Well actually I think they said that their is very good evidence that smoking weed could raise estrogen levels.. I mean I guess if I really cared I would pull up some articles and medical papers. But i dont cause I dont smoke. But I would stay away from it dude..
