In the long run, these bans will mean very little and will likely backfire. The potential problems of black market EPH will be far greater than what we supposedly have now with OTC EPH and if you want EPH, you'll still be able to get EPH somewhere.

You are correct Wilson. I expect that there will soon be a push to federally schedule ephedrine. This should be 'interesting' to watch.

I have expected a ban for quite a while considering the problems with meth and so many clandestine labs.
