The only solution for this matter, deportation, without trial, deployment of National Guard on the border, martial law. Period. Americans will regret forever their lack of vision. You are confusing immigrants with ILLEGAL ALIENS. ILLEGAL ALIENS are not immigrants because THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. They are called ILLEGAL ALIENS for a reason.

I don't think a single person on here objects to any immigrant coming into the USA as long as it's done LEGALLY.

I also agree with Deliquent in that the employers of ILLEGAL ALIENS need to be severly punished and any incentive that draws ILLEGAL ALIENS into the USA needs to be eliminated....... including automatic citizenship to any one born on US soil to a non-citizen/non-naturalized person.

If a baby of illegals is born on US soil, that baby cant do anything for his/her parents until 18 years old with the automatic citizenship. This rule is world wide and I dont know why is it so bad. The only thing that bugs me is that when the mother is in hospital giving birth, they cant track her down after she is out to pay for it, so it comes out of our own pockets.

Did you know that even if a person is deported, after a certain number of years, he/she can still come here? I thought its a permanent life long black dot on the passport.

lol..Jens, Immigration works way better than the police. Call the main number from your yellow book and they are there in no time. Illegals wont go home on their own. Their families have no money to support themselfs back home, so they stay here, work and send money home.

But there are other type of illegals, they are a big majority of them and they are those who enter the United States legaly but stay here illegaly. Example, Venezuelans, Colombians, Brazilians, Chilenas, Argentinians, Peruvians, etc. They come here as tourists, Immigration gives them 6 month permission to stay here; well, guess what, they don't leave. They stay here, and THOSE are the ones who start working here by references. As handyman, plumbers, painting, roofing, waiter, janitor, even in bigger companies like call centers, aviation companies, etc. All of them are supported by their legal families and relatives here. There's a horrible underworld that you guys don't know, and it is growing by millions each year. You don't know it because you just don't live there. yeap, those are the illegals that are mostly in Michigan. They have their whole families here and aint going anywhere. They gonna get married with a US citizen and just wait for their green card patiently. But most of them here are europeans and just some mexican. I do. I am against undiscriminated immigration. Let's put a plain example. A colombian gets here as a tourist. As soon as possible, he files for political assylum. Immigration will hear a big history of political prosecution, terrorism and everything. Is that history true? No. Because I live in South Florida and I can tell that at least 85% of them LIE just to stay here. And do you wanna know what they do before they move here?? Well, they were engineers, doctors, teachers, whatever in Colombia, with a good credit, they ask for loans to their banks; they get approved and as soon as they get the money, they come here as tourists and never go back. That money is never paid to their countries; OH WAIT! but here they talk about my country every day, they only eat colombian food, they listen disgusting spic music, etc. THAT TYPE OF LEGAL IMMIGRANTS IS USELESS HERE.
