Stats are 5'10, 195lbs, 23 years, bf% -too high

And if I had any cycles over the past three years, which out course I have not , they

would have been mild does of Test, Primo and Fina for no more htan 8 weeks at a time.

I've been training hard for about 5 years and here are the results:

Thanks for all the advice, bros. Now I have all the motivation I need to diet down and get shredded.

Give me a month. Its amazing what a diference 2-3% bf will make.

Oh yeah, with a bf% and abs like me CURRENTLY, do you think Yohimburn will make a big difference or should I wait until I've dieted for a month and then try it?

last time i checked about 190. I never go by the scale though, only the mirror and how I feel.

you look good...i think a lot of guys on the board are probably envious of your physique. one thing that would make you look better is if you posed better. you posture is holding you back.....before you hit up that first most muscular, role your shoulders back....it should make you look wider and just overall better.

Thanks for the great advice. I have absolutely no clue how to pose other than imitate what I've seen on TV.

I'll try it and post it.

Its definately not as easy as it looks on stage.
