just keep your head up bro, and dont fall into the pit of bad habits and you'll be fine. hard to hang out with people that do those things and not fall though once in awhile. be strong.

You can't argue with them you're wasting your breathe. They're the same ones doing the "Body for life" but everyday is a cheat day because it's Survivor night or Marcies birthday.
I never discuss training with non-trainers. They always have a friend/brother/nephew who's " Way bigger than you" or they could bench 4 plates in high school.
