Yes, 1mg in one vial is about as common as a gallon of milk in the grocery store. I couldn't tell you if it is even IGF1-Lr3 with an unlabeled bottle and a green cap. And by the way, a green cap on it don't mean shit, caps come in all colors. Your better off buying it from a research company here in the states.

YES,,,I've seen 1mg/1000mcg vials many times these days,,,pretty common.
