IGF whats ur take?

I'm looking info about IGF too, I would like to hear real result.

4 weeks, 100mcg's / day very noticeable results, next cycle I ran same dose 6 weeks, never looked harder and more pumped in my life. Injected it twice a day, good stuff.
 
100mcg subQ, 5 days a week. I run it about 4 weeks and love the pumps and fat loss. It doesn't seem to build muscle anywhere near the level of AAS but I do get noticably stronger while using it, and the strength doesn't go away post "cycle."
 
60-100mcg is where its at i shot IM directly in the site worked.. its great for pct when your eating more cals and you can say pretty lean with it.

GH/IGF/SLIN is where the money is though...
 
so a 100mcg daily SQ seems to be the consensus? When did you start to see results? any precautions one should take when on it?

I've never used it, but if you want to send me about 6 weeks worth at 80-100 iu's per day I would gladly give feedback. I'm guessing that ain't gonna happen though. If you run it, post results. I am interested too.
 
I've run 40mcg ED, 60mcg ED, 80mcg ED, and 80mcg EOD... the 80mcg EOD seemed to yield the same results as 40mcg ED... so I think 40-60mcg ED is a good dosage. I won't say that it melted off fat or made me more vascular, but I do think it helped me stay leaner while throwing down the calories (especially when the diet wasn't spot-on). I think it's good during PCT because it helped maintain muscle mass put on during previous cycle. IGF always makes me tired too. I'm sold on it.
 
Have done 5 month on month off cycles of Omega labs igf-1lr3
100mcgs/ed, one shot post w/o 7 days a week for 30 days
Along with hgh, slin and several AAS cycles I have gone from 205 to 240. The beauty is that even off of everything I can still maintain 230. This at @10%BF.
IGF-1LR3 is for the marathon, not the sprint as far as putting on size.

why is it worthwhile taking IGF with GH? i thought GH broke down into IGF? isn't the IGF a waste of time, then?

VERY good results! 50-80mcg was my dose used,,injected IM into muscle group worked out. great pumps,,,lean mass gains,,,fat loss.

I used 10mcg bilaterally PWO (that's 20mcg) 1x/week IM. That's 20mcg per week.

Used 10 min after 8-10 iu slin (also once a week).

The 1x/week was to prevent my GH levels from decreasing. Increased IGF will have an inhibiting effect on GH output. This works the same way that Estrogen will shut your T production down.

My idea was to try and avoid this by using 1x/week. Also, too much insulin can lead to insulin insensitivity.

Since slin lowers IGFBP and works synergistically with IGF, I used it 10 min prior to the IGF.

This was done after the AM workout. Then eat and take creatine and vitamins all day. Then workout at night was phenomenal. Incredible pumps.

The IGF will force protein into your muscle cells but you need to eat that protein. Most guys who think they eat enough are maybe geting 250 grams of protein per day. This is barely adequate for most. 300-400g/protein is more on order.

the igf maybe is responsible for 1lb of that 98% of that gain is from the slin

HGH works on all 7 types of GH produced in your body....IGF-1 only works on 1....so yes HGH turns into to IGF-1, but it also works on the other 6 types of GH types in your body.IGF-1 works on splitting muscle cells to create new muscle......so by taking both you will have better muscle gain and greater fat reduction, and also a couple other benifits.
