I've run 40mcg ED, 60mcg ED, 80mcg ED, and 80mcg EOD... the 80mcg EOD seemed to yield the same results as 40mcg ED... so I think 40-60mcg ED is a good dosage. I won't say that it melted off fat or made me more vascular, but I do think it helped me stay leaner while throwing down the calories (especially when the diet wasn't spot-on). I think it's good during PCT because it helped maintain muscle mass put on during previous cycle. IGF always makes me tired too. I'm sold on it.
