hey any one know enough to give a low down of the effects of IGF supplementation.

what exactly do you want to know, I know igf in and outs......it's a peptide (partial protein string) uses igfbp's (binding proteins) to lock into cell receptors. the major advantage of igf-lr1 is that it can bind to satellite cells around the muscle cells, before these cells know what they want to be in life, causing them to become muscle cells, or hyperplasia, which is all new muscle, not growth of pre-existing cells

ya how real are the results and what kinda risks are involved in using it. how do you adapt to it...?

the results are very real, and very noticable. the biggest downside in my opinion is that in large doses (just like gh) you risk your internal organs growing as well. For instance the stomach / intestinal tract has approximately 30 receptors for every 1 in muscle tissue making your organs susceptible to growth as well. This can somewhat be avoided or at least reduce the risk by doing site injections in small amounts, vs large single doses. You can assist this 10 fold by shooting only after your workout when the IGF receptors are ready to receive, this will allow for site uptake and minimal systemic action, but going systemic (body wide via bloodstream) will always happen to a degree in any doseage amount.

how long do i have to pin after a workout, i live ten minutes from my gym, and would waxy maze be a good carb to take with it?

hell yeah, that is ample time, couple more questions

1. I train MMA 2-3 times a week, we dont lift weights, but its a hell of a work out.....pin those days to?

2. Carbs taken with the IGF......are some better than others, i would love an excuse to eat a candbar after my workout :P........or would that waxy maze be better....

3.for the noob, whats a good dose
