ihave read after the fact you only need 20mcg daily
but i ran 3-4 week cycles at 50mcg 2 times daily 100mcgs igf1
my question is i used 16iu daily of gh for great gains i feel more is better but less time, my opinion based on years of results for me only.
2-4iu of gh does nothing id rather get my results and be done

anyway i guess you get used to igf quick anbody use 100mcg twice daily thats 200mcg daily or know anyone

And 200mcg of IGF... Let me guess, you sat down with Ronnie Coleman and said, "bro, how do I take it to the next level?"

Cuz if you are less than 260 RIPPED at 5'10, then those dosages are fucking ridiculous

yes I stayed 260 for years look at my pic I now weigh 230 bench 500 at age 35
and only workout 30min 4 times weekly maintain this at 100mgs of test weekly for life

growth gut doesn't exist its because you are putting muscle on your abs when your 250-300 your stomach gets bigger period rather your on gh or just juice or eat a ton
its not big organs thats another big myth

and I take 16iu for 4 weeks gain 20lbs

instead of I for 6 months and gain 10 lbs

there's a bunch of idiots on here

Im sorry but there ARE more IGF receptors in the intestine than anywhere else in the body and GH DOES cause growth of the intestine, because of its conversion to IGF in the body, let alone injecting straight IGF in HIGH doses... if the IGF does not bind to other receptors then it WILL act in the intestine and WILL cause "gut"

And way to go on your lifts, no doubt there... I'll never bench that much so I cant talk shit about that :)

I know some top level athletes who have approached the 200mcg area.

There's a point of diminishing returns with these kinds of things meaning that at some point a bigger dosage doesn't equate to greater growth. You would be risking potential issues with little positive gain, and really wasting a lot of money in the process.
 
I was just reading on another board about IGF LR3, from one long time juicer I admire and respect.

He said he spent crazy money on experimenting with various doses and time runs, and came to the conclusion that IGF LR3 was rubbish, didn't do a thing.

I realise everyone has different biochemistry, but there are some things out there that just don't work at all for anyone.
 
I agree their guts are huge but not from igf / gh its from being 250-300 shredded pounds ask dave palumbo probably the most educated bodybuilder its straight muscle its not a giant organ/intestine thats sticking get real
think about it is it a giant vein making their arms 23 inches its "muscle" but just assyou gain muscle it goes everywhere and in alot of cases your stomach
