IGF-1 Waste

It's been about 3+ years since I have been out of the loop due to a horrific accideent. The woman that hit me with her car said she though she hit a barrel. (Yeah, ok!) I have done my share of cycles even a little GH and slin but now I see this IGF-1. Berfore I dig through the mounds of hype and typical bs. Any chance of someone giving me the low-down. There is/was tons of hype on GH and all I can say was it was "OK". Any suggested reading? Please help an old bro out.........................
 
I am waiting for real life experiences from friends who are on it, I have seen high school kids say this or that,

In my opinion all BS,

Spent over 4 grand on growth and okay is better than I would give it.
 
Doesn't do much if you're off and trying to stay lean. Might help if you were bulking; never tried that way.
 
big mistake most make is take more then 30mcg a day

stick to 20mcg a day to start and you will see results given you get real stuff

IGF-1 LR3 is not a waste at all...I've healed multiple injuries with IGF-1 use, and have dropped a few lbs. of bodyfat in the process.

I just finished a 28 day IGF-1 cycle stacked with my primo/test cycle. I noticed increased pumps in the gym and a little increased vascularity, but no real strength or lbm gains other than those attributable to the other compounds I am on. It effects everyone differently, I guess, but IMO it is not worth the extra $.

let me guess u took more then 30mcg a day
 
I had planned on running IGF-1 after my PCT and throughout summer along with MGF. I've heard nothing but good things about it, and after reading up on some of the regimens used, it really wouldn't be that expensive if your not taking huge quantities. I had planned on 40mcg 3x week split into 20mcg bilateral dosages pinned immediately after workouts. From reading, that seems to be very effective. I've never used it, so I'm interested in seeing what results, if any, I get from it.

I guess this really doesn't help the original poster much though...

why is more than 20-30mcg a waste? it seems most people who've gotten great results do an average of 60-100mcg / day

personally, I don't see any immediate results with IGF, I've only ever used it for PCT.... but I think it helps grow new muscle in the long-run (for future AAS cycles)
 
personal and tons of friends experience then recently I came across many posting to this same effect by people who know because they train pros for example

also came across either milos or chad same stuff not more then 20

and like i said my own experience the results for me and friends over 20-30mcg = 0 and when we did it 20-30mcg amazing
 
where are u getting this rediculous 20-30 from? most everyone who gets gains from it is on 60-80.. more than that might be a waste

and yes i take 80 pwo and it works

and what exactly are those results? and are they immediate or long-term?
 
immediate pumps and fullness and definately long term it;'s for ever you experience hyperplasia which is actual new muscle above and beyond your genetics... as opposed to juice and oter compounds which simply help those muscles heal larger

it does take some time to build that NEW muscle into something noticeable but it is there
 
Taking IGF-1 for one month is like taking GH for 6 months plus. It reduced my fat and gave me new muscle cells. I am permanently bigger now with the added cells. Best drug I have taken.

yes, thats why people say its garbage cause you don't really see the size immedietly. its like the stock market, the cells split and now you have twice as many, once this happens, now it's time to grow the twice as many cells and get twice as big, you'll see the results six months later and on. supposedly. im waiting on getting some here anytime.
 
Its interesting...some people say take a smaller dosage right after you workout (10-50mcg's) and some say take a larger dosage (60-100mcg).

Now I guess the quesiton is - what kind are you guys taking? Media or receptor grade?
 
i've tried the media grade twice about 2 1/2 months ago 4wks on 4off, 4on allways after the workout in the muscle that was worked out. if it made any difference i didn't notice. maybe down the road i'll notice. i'm not buying anymore until then

I'm with you old buddy. And I don't get how people say it works better to do 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, if they don't even notice the results for 6 months? How can anyone know what the protocol should really be based on this? I did it for 3 months straight and didn't notice much except my joints started killing me. I still have sore spots from injections in my chest. What's up with that?

yep you're right. who really knows what dosing patterns are right. wtf is up with the sore spots ? damn, i don't know. i'm leaving that shit alone from now on.
 
I definitely agree that IGF yiels longer-term results.... though I always take during PCT, I don't know that it does anything for PCT per se, but I do know that I don't see-saw as much in weight & gains as I used to before I started running IGF... it seems that I keep 5-8 solid pounds with each successive cycle and I think the IGF helps with that
