IGF-1 TIMING - Science guys & The Experienced

Ok guys lets talk timing.

While this is new to all of us for the most part..

Everything we read and hear says Immediately POST work out within 30mins max and within 5mins is IDEAL.

This is based on the concept that the receptors for IGF are open during the time window..

But.. here is what I was thinking and would like to know...

Might it not be better to take Immediately PRE workout that way as those receptors come available the IGF is there and there's virtually no chance of the IGF going elsewhere in your body?

That works for getting the lr3 to the receptors, BUT it leaves out lr3's other important job which is shuttling the glycogen and protiens back into that newly stressed tissue.
It act just like insulin in that regard.
My first run with lr3 (11/05) was am shot then pre workout shot bilaterally. It worked well for getting good pumps. But after alot more research I found that 1 shot pwo works the best for taking advantage of everything lr3 has to offer.

Why is this? (Honest question... I'm curious.)

:cow:

Post workout, IGF receptor sensitivity increases and IGFBP levels go down.

so you guys feel that igf will not be shuttled to muscles as they get damaged during the workout if taken immediately pre workout?
