IGF-1 reconstitution

Aa

because it will break down in bac water and be worthless within 48hours or less. If you have 100mcg vials than you can get away with bac water but it is still not recomended.

So Will 50mcg in bac water stay 100% active for like 24hours ?? I plan on using the 0.1mg vials and splitting into two 50mcg injections, storing the other 50mcg in the fridge till the next day would this work??

come on I have not done a detailed statistical analysis what the percentage will be. it is a risk you will have to take until you get some aa, sorry i couldn't help you more.

I am not here to start trouble with anyone, really, but... I have used bac water in one vial of IGF1-Lr3 that was used over the course of 2 months and I did not notice any degredation at all by the insane pumps I would still get while working out. Chemically, does it degrade over time with bac water? Probably. How long does it take to be useless when constituted with bac water? I don't know but it sure is longer than 48hours. Why didn't I use AA? Only cause I didn't have it. Would I have used AA if I had it? Yes, only because everyone says to.

My point exactly. I have noticed that several suppliers of igf-1 recommend reconstitution with bac water, and have no mention of aa water. Maybe the reconstitution with aa water is from the old IGF-1 and not the IGF-1 LR3?

You need to know what buffer your IGF has or even if it has a buffer at all before deciding what to reconstitute it with. If it has no acetate buffer and you use Acetic Acid as is often quoted you will destroy the peptide.

Then it is overall safer to use bac water and not Acetic Acid? The acetate buffer can not be common knowledge, I have never heard of it before. How should we know what kind of buffer the IGF has? The IGF-1 vials are more often than not supplied in clear vials with no label or any information added.

Not neccessarily hexagon. You should be questioning your source on this issue and if they can't correctly answer you then I suggest you don't buy from them. Too many of these guys are just importing IGF and other peptides from China and have no idea what they are doing besides making a few bucks.

Bac water may be acceptable even if there is an acetate buffer or base but 100mM AA (.6%) would be better for extending the life given it would need to be stored in a lower pH environment as IGF itself does not have an isoelectric point close to that of acetic acid and why it is important to know the base or buffer used before reconstituting unless your willing to chance it.
