I would not do everyday. I would do every other day immmediately post workout in the last muscle worked, bis, tris, delts, pects, quads etc...
You should split the dose 1/2 left 1/2 right side of the body. For me I do between 60-80mcg's per day. The problem with everyday is that if you muscles are not primed for the IGF it gets used in the intestines which is where most of the receptors are in the body.
