Do you really believe that the Lr3 version of IGF does not get used in the muscles if they are not "primed" or you don't inject the LR3 directly into the muscle? I thought the whole idea of the long r 3 was so that it didn't get all used up in the intestine, where yes, a lot of the receptors are. I agree that the procedure you speak of may work efficently but I also believe the Lr3 will hit the muscles and attach weather you inject it there or not, weather you split the dose side to side or weather you inject 8 hours before a workout. If I was injecting regular IGF, I would definitly follow your protocol, but I must also remember, I am only doing low doses for anti-ageing.
