IGF-1 experiences?

I actually just found a source for gh that makes it much more affordable, I still want to try IGF but gh is looking attractive again
Has anyone here tried those generic blue tops? They are definitely cheap, just wondering on experiences with them?

also the blue-depends on your source some people carry shitty blues others carry some decent quality ones...

at your size 3 ius wont add any real sides.. I think you need up ward 8-10.. 1-3iu's is primalilry for longetivity/fatloss purposes...

Just use some cheaper blues ;)

I am friendly with some guys that do routines, diets and gear for pro's and national level superheavies.
4iu's it the most I have seen them recomend.
Everyone is different though as I have heard in Germany they are using 16iu's.
 
it also depends on the the type most pro's are usuing the premier stuff

Most pro's have maxed themselves out and don't need much to maintain.
Who knows what they did to get to that point though.
Its still mostly stuffing down the whole foods and making sure your blood is not deficient in certain vitamins and minerals.
I have noticed it tends to be the "no name" pros who use tons and tons of stuff.
That is probably just explained by genetics or the fact that some turn pro at 150lbs and are trying to compete at 190 to 200.
 
turns out it was LR3 that all my guys had on their lists, you can tell I hadnt reseached this much
I have 1000iu on the way to try, looking forward to it
 
Can someone elaborate more on the dosing of the IGF-1 LR3....I saw 20-30mcg per side and only three days a week...Do you run this through your whole cycle? Best for bulking/cutting ? Similar to taking growth? How long do you have to run it to see results?
