Do yourself a favor and check one out. I've been wanting to go to the Arnold for the last 3 years and never did. I went to the expo yesterday and it was SO cool. I could not believe the size of the pros. I saw Ronnie, Flex, King, Nasser, Dorian, Arnold and alot more. Most of them were really cool too. The only one I seen that was a punk was fat ass Greg Kovacs, he was just sitting there peddling autographs for 10 bones. Needless to say he wasn't getting too much business. And the women there are unbelievable! I've never seen so many hot chicks in my life. I would have loved to have met some of you guys there, maybe George will get a booth next year. Anyways just thought I would share, if your low on motivation being in an atmosphere like that will definatley get you back into lifting like you were when those firts 10 pounds came easy.
