A badger is a bad animal, but they still get eaten by bears, mountain lions and other big predators.
A badger won't kill any dog. A good catchweight pit bull will take it out. Now I am not talking about some PETbull that does tricks for scooby snacks, but a working pit bull will kill a fucking badger most of the time. Not sayin it won't get fucked up, and not saying a badger won't kill one, but i'd put my money on the dog, if he's a good one. My understand is that the best ones will pick the badger up and shake the fuck out it because if they flip the badger in his back and work him on the ground they have a good chance of getting sliced up by the claws.
A game pit bull is solid as a rock and nothing on earth is tougher. Not even a badger or a wolverine.

I totally disagree with you about the dog / badger issue. What would happen if you could take a badger with a liking for fighting and put it up against your top dog? You have to compare like to like.....you want to use a badass dog you have to set it against a badass badger. So a bear etc would stop one........big deal. Look at the difference in size.
You reckon a pit could take out a Hyena with a bad attitude? How about a warm Komodo Dragon?

I'd be a dolphin, they have sex all the damned time. Plus they are fast, big, strong, look cool, smart, and have few natural enemies so longevity is usually good.

I AGREE. I'M GLAD YOU SEE MY POINT. HOWEVER, MOST OF THE TIME, IF A BADGER FINDS A NICE ROCK TO GET IN FRONT OF, SOMETIMES A BEAR WONT EVEN FUCK WITH IT. THE BEAR DOESNT WANT TO GO THROUGH ALL THAT TROUBLE THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME. OBVIOUSLY THE BEAR IS A BIGGER STRONGER ANIMAL BUT THE BADGER HAS ADAPTED TO DEFEND AGAINST IT.
