There's a high school, actually a school for the deaf, that has a few lifters that I've seen compete in Louisiana. It's truly amazing as the rules have to bent slightly for the lifters since they can't hear the commands. And Bob Hafner, out of the New Orleans area, hosts a meet once a year with a mentally challenged division. Those guys are awesome! Several 500+ deadlifters that I can recall. Bigguns15 loves these guys!
