If You see Aliens Vs Predator today post up if it is worth the money

In otherwords be the financial sacraficial lamb for the rest of us so we can save our money if it totally blows. Thank you from all of us at EF for doing so in advance.
 
They showed a behind the scenes on Fox last night, from what I saw, the acting will be weak, the action will be good. The great thing about aliens one and two is they were complete flicks, not soft in any area.
 
im seeing it tonight. Im paying full price plus fandango charge, probably going to be $20 for two of us. Its a full on financial sacrifice for the good of the board, only for predator do I do this.
 
I just don't see how Aliens can kick Predators ass? A predator has weapons like lasers, blades that fly in the air and can slice through steel, even a mini nuke!

In the past Alien movies the Aliens were strong, but didn't really have anything they could use as a weapon. However, in the preview for Alien vs. Predator they can throw their acid blood????? Bullshit! They were never able to do that before.

If the Aliens in this movie turn out to have a few never before seen abilities, I’ll be pretty disappointed.
 
I just thought of something. I wonder if an alien will cocoon in a predator's body and some kind of hybred alien/predator will emerge.

I also think this was the idea for Alien 3, when the Aliens host was a dog. The Alien kept some of the dogs’ traits and was able to move much quicker then previous aliens.
 
As long as you don't go in expecting some fantastic plot and Oscar caliber performances,you'll probably enjoy it.Some good battles,good special effects,and lots of gore.Enjoy it for what it is,pure sci-fi entertainment.

in my opinon of the aliens they were like giant insects.... insects are insainly powerful even for theyr small size.... and if a mound of fire ants could kill a man think of what a mound of giant ants could do

my .02 and i see this as alienS (like more then one) vs. preditor
 
the aliens best defense is their sheer numbers, they are like rats/coakroaches...


A big LOL goes out to you folks who are so interested in how this movie is gonna be...you know the plot will be cheezy, a handful will die, their will be a hot girl and guy, and the action will kick ass...not like it's gonna be groundbreaking stuff...

But there is also more than one predator.

Another thing I noticed was that the producer of Predator 2 was prolife. He would not kill the woman cop even though she had a gun because she had a fetus in her. Thereful acknowleging that a fetus is indeed a life.

IT has nothing to do with religion it has to do with life. I was just saying that even the producer of predator 2 would show that even an alien knows that life begins in the womb. How you get religion out of that I have no idea.

acutally Curling no it isnt.. I spent years studying molecular biology and Im sure have a much better grasp on what life is than you ever will.

But all that stuff is fake right.. only meant to disprove the existence of god.. I mean all those scientists.. the ONLY reason they do all that work.. is just to disprove god.. I mean its not like they have anything better to do..

because disproving the existence of god pays SO well..

I have heard just the opposite. True scientists with an open minds would realize that the world being on axis spinning around the sun just the right distance from the sun without freezing or torching everything on the planet would have to have a intelligent designer behind it. You (and the dumbasses you learned from) are the one that are brainwashed and closed minded dude.

Oh my goodness.

Lets compare these two sides:

Scientists: Live in the modern world, spending their entire lives dedicating themselves towards improving our future, rectifying mistakes of the past, and provide proof for each and every assertion they make.

Religious Zealots: Live according to a fantasy novel written thousands of years ago. Hypocritical in the sense where they devote themselves to certain aspects of their faith (abortion is wrong because its murder) but completely disregard others (murdering abortion doctors is ok). No proof offered for any of their assertions.

I had a good time,but I went in with low expectations,lol.It was entertaining IMO.

The audience in my theater really seemed to enjoy it,they were cheering and clapping at several points.

seriously, how can it be good.. the same dude who directed mortal kombat is doing this movie.. hes terrible.

You obviously heard this in a creationist context.

True scientists seek to understand the world. They try to do that by working with the laws of nature and using them as a basis for explanation.

Let me ask you this:

Current theory is that our Universe is just one of many........by many I mean billions. That means there has been billions of chances for things to go wrong. How do you know that we arent in the one that worked? You do not need to infer the existence of an intelligent designer in order to account for natural things.
